What Matters Most To Me 1) love is the greatest thing of all and without we have nothing 2) friends and relationships of all kind are essential for balance and looking after our social side 3) personal development on a spiritual and personal level is always important there has never been one person who has been an inspiration to me but a collection of people - Archbishop Tutu - is one of the most spiritual and loving people and he has a clear handle on things. He fought the system in South Africa and inspired loads of people around the world. He support LGBT people and does not agree with the persecution they face – it makes it clear that poverty, war and many other things are important and need to be tackled. They have inspired me to explore for answers and search and find your own way and mind and not to be fed a lot of the lies and spin we are told everyday, even when we were growing up. The things they have taught me and I have learnt have helped me be the person I am today. The songs have taken to a deeper part of myself and helped have faith in my beliefs. Madonna – as a strong supporter of gay men, having them in her movies and speaking out against homophobia and prejudice and singing about it in her songs. She has a very open mind, that she explores and grows and shares her experiences with us. Margaret CHO – an American comedian and actor – whose love and support of the LGBT community is shown by her big following and she is a woman who knows about barriers and prejudice and she is not afraid to speak her mind. Janet Jackson – her songs and her clear support vocally and in songs of the LGBT community has been fantastic and her songs have helped me personally deal with many issues. Michael Jackson - his inspiration in some of his great videos and songs that helped heal the world including can you feel it, heal the world, what can I give, will you be there, history, man I believe that we can make the best we can for each other by supporting, loving, giving, affection, listening to each other, accepting each other etc honest, caring, sensual, affectionate, happy with themselves, out to close people , open, one to one, my friends are the most important as you cannot chose your family - and that can always be an area of conflict for many peoplean a singer - use to be a dancer and peformer music is way to communicate and can be used to heal and help express our love - our anger and feelings - with anything from spiritual music - to film music - classical music - pop music etc music is everywhereI thankful for love and life as they are essential to all of us and sometimes we forget the opportunities in relationships to heal and to grow and what special they can really be and we need to work at them - careers can be important and so can money and many other things but without love they are nothing. I love photography - cultures and their foods and traditions - history to learn what others did and how they survived and how we came to where we are now - the art and buildings of history and the houses - i like to read to learn about things - music - cause I love to create it and perform personal development on a spiritual and personal level is always important and friends are essential for balance and looking after our social side - that needs to be forfilled - I have talked enough about music but helps to heal and can be so much fun
